This is so wrong and messed up!!!??I had an appointment at Arch health with ****************** in ***** in March 2022, It took me 40 minutes to get there from my residence. I am an older non looking white handicapped, person with multiple issues that uses a power chair ?? to go places alone. With a severe nose bleed ??a headache and fatigue but I got there.. I was 6 minutes late due to NO parking available. I understand that being 10 minutes or more for appointments, I may have to reschedule. I usually wait 10 minutes to almost an hour after my appointment time ?? ?My van ??is too tall for the parking garage and the accessible lot ??was full and reduced in spaces to accommodate ambulances. The adjoining lot was also maxed!Additional parking on other side of hospital would take me 20 more minutes to get there and finding my way through the hospital. Finally a spot opens! I made it to the checkin counter and had to wait for the person to finish checking in the current patient. She acknowledged my name, and I took me a moment to get my cards to her. She left and came back and by then its now 8 minutes after my appointment. She says your late and you will have to reschedule your appointment. I look at the clock, and thinking, barely i said there was no parking. She expresses a lame excuse ??and she looks at the clock and says Im ten minutes late. I say, I was here before that. She is annoyed, ??and she says I will go ask the doctor if she will still see you. She comes back moments later and says, youll have to reschedule, she has a five minute late policy. I said this is ********. ??And she just clutches her clipboard and smirks ??and says, so you want to reschedule? And I turned and as I was leaving i said, no, I need to find another doctor. So, I assume the doctor was either behind schedule and used my appointment time to catch up and /or I was discriminated of my race.???? There are other issues in this office.Also, i went into the ** a couple weeks later.??
