            I purchased a 7 1/4 x 13 Ideal Pet Products Pet door . After opening the box , I noticed the plastic flaps on the pet door had cut marks made on it . The problem there is the plastic is thinner where the marks are, so the flaps will wear out fast . The box the Pet door came in does NOT show cut marks on the plastic flaps , nor is there any mention of them or a description of them on the box or instructions . Also : Ideal Pet Products has replacement flaps on Amazon for this particular pet door for sale with pictures of the item . They show a perfect piece of plastic with no cut marks . Please see attached photos of receipt, Box product came in , and the replacement flaps for my kit offered on Amazon without the cut marks . I just want new flaps that do not have any marks on it that weakens it . Thanks
