Business ProfileforSecure One Capital

I have been with Capital One for over 14 years and I could've been a spokesperson for this company as I was so happy with them. All of that changed last week. I use this card solely as my business card and I charge an average of $80,000 a month on it including auto payments for my advertising on ******** and Instagram $900 every 2-3 days. Thursday Sept 12th, I was in ********* for an event I was putting on and I learned that all of my advertising had stopped because my Cap One card was declined. Although I respect the need for verification especially due to fraud, Cap One always just sent me a text asking me to verify a charge and upon replying "yes," Capital One would then say "Great, your card is ready to go." Not this time. When I phoned customer service, the overseas agent stated I needed to verify my charges by photographing the front and back of my drivers license. Cap One texted me a link to use and upon using this link, Cap One's software stated they could not read my drivers license and hence, my card would remain declined. When I arrived to my hotel to do this again, Cap One was closed. I then called on Friday morning, Sept 13th and spoke to a so called supervisor named "*****" employee ID #******. He told me I had to photograph my id too. After attempting over 8 times using good light and a dark background, it still didn't work. I then went to my hotel room & after a lot of effort, finally got it to work. I told ************ was in ********* and it was essential for the card to work. ***** said he would notate that I was in ********* and I would be good. Not the case, The VERY NEXT CHARGE I attempted to do, it got declined. When I called Capital One again, they said I now had to verify it by mailing or faxing copies of my drivers license to them to have it verified. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! I also just read Cap One is now using A.I. for their fraud. I will not be using this card again and I will do my best to spread the word how horrible Cap One is!!!!
