Please take a moment to read it will save you. I received a loan from this company. Understanding it is a high interest loan. The initial conversation with sales rep **** was everything you want to hear, but everything was 55% Fib. The biggest shock was requested my payoff from 5 different people and for two weeks they dragged it and kept taking daily payments. When I called the excuse was he is in medical leave. The other rep said I had COVID for wait for it, 3Weeks! I had another employee after the 13th day call and say I dont like your tone bc you sound mad,& then hung up! And said go ahead and do what is needed. That was ********* I was mad,I requested a payoff for 2weeks! They kept taking money out that should not have gone to them. And then in return they are questioning my anger level. Listen people there are many more companies that lend. But PLEASE do yourselves a favor do not go with them. They will hustle you and I generally like to give everyone a chance but these people they are definitely not good. I listed some names below in case you come across them for a red flag. My first flag was they didn't have my name correct on the mailing address and the card. The way this is set up, anyone could activate this card and our company would be on the hook for charges. I tried the phone number provided, but the only option was to activate the card. I could not find an option to talk to a representative. The whole thing feels like a scam. I am sure they are successful since the mailing leads you to believe they are partnering with another company which I do business with regularly. If it isn't illegal, it should be. This leaves me as a business owner wide open. They need to be stopped.

Irresponsible marketing. All of my information sent with a credit card with instructions to call a number for activation. There are people breaking into mailboxes in the area and stealing mail. Our mailboxes require keys.

I received a credit card with my name on it indicated I am pre-qualified for a large sum of money - all I have to do is call to activate the card. This is absolutely irresponsible business practices that could have dire impact to a consumer should this mail have gotten into the hands of someone who needed a credit card in my name. The "marketing" person who came up with this tactic needs to be fired or put in jail. From reading the other reviews, I see I am not the only person who has been impacted. Next complaint stop: Attorney General.

I received an envelope from this company a few days ago. Imagine my surprise when I saw the name of a woman I've never heard of with the name of my Aunt's business with full address that my Aunt closed a few years ago. Inside was letter with one of this company's credit card in it. It just needed to be activated. I called the toll free number to tell them that the business was closed and that my Aunt had passed away a few months ago. Never did get through to anyone. The recording said that something went wrong and a representative would call back which never happened. I don't know for sure if it was initiated by the woman or the company but it sure seems like a scam to me.

Sent me a letter with my full name and address with a pre approved offer. Would not tell me where they received my information for my "pre approved" offer. They use a firm called Dun and Bradstreet who would not tell me where they received my information. My middle name is not listed ANYWHERE except for my passport. I have never even owned a credit card before. Shady company!

Sent me a card to my business with someone else's name who does not work here. If I need credit, I use Prosper. I like companies that operate above board.

The fact that they have listed BBB accredited business and isn't says enough! ****scam scam scam. Besides change the number ****** to make it more believable. If you take this bait then you deserve it!

I got the same letter in the mail saying I'm pre-approved for $41,739 and after reading these comments I'm not going to call anyone but my lawyer and find a way to *** this company for false advertisement and allowing someone to attempt a loan in my business name without my consent. I'm so tired of these overseas companies trying to play me and disrespect my intelligence. I'm not even going to waste time calling them to ask questions. It will be settled, beware and avoid!

Be aware, this review is not bad **** on them since it is clearly explained in the beginning, but it is a unique commitment on you need to think very carefully about...They wont let you pay off a month at a time based on the way their business works. So if you have a cash flow like mine where there are days your not in the green, then this will become a major thorn on your side everyday. I have a strong cash flow each month but my clients pay me in the middle or end. The reason i took a loan was i needed help with my cash flow. the problem is that this added more burden to my already problematic cash flow. Every morning at like 7AM BAM! , they take their money. So sometimes i have to jump through hoops to move money from another place to cover my deficit before my bank fails the transaction.Very annoying to have a pull of money first thing in the morning. Not everyone is operating on a net positive cash flow each day of the month so it is easier for some to pay on large fee monthly or even bi-weekly. I called to request this option of paying in full each month but nope. Every morning i wake up to see my account in the red and then i have to throw money at it until i get paid mid month then I'm good for the remainder of the month.They are not predatory, they tell you upfront. But the excitement of getting the money may convince you that you can do it when in reality a daily commitment is very difficult for a business who needs financial help. I am so frustrated about them not being flexible i asked if i can just pay them back and even that is a challenge. unless you pay in full the whole amount you are still banged out each day. Again hard on the cash flow...And if you pay back early you are still paying full ride on their fees. no breaks! So in the end you should consider these details otherwise get the vasiline out and get ready for a bumpy ride for the next **** months. *** hah! the ride you good each morning :)
