      I have a 2020 outlander sport. Apperantly the radio is only cover for 3 years. The radio touch screen is not working properly. That started 2 months before the warranty was up. I live a hour and a half away from the dealership. Took me 2 months to get it in. Now they won't cover the radio under warranty. It's a $1,000 radio. I was going to buy my lease out for a lower payment, now there will be another $1,000 tacked into the price. I am a former employee and buyer with loyalty. This is how they treat their customers. If I could leave a no star review I would. So very disappointing. Now I know why there is no dealership in northwest ****. No one wants to pick them because no one wants to deal with them. Sad.

      After the dealership got back to me, it would cost me $2,100 to install a radio that seems to last only 3years. Unbelievable.

      I haven't had my Outlander Sport for 4 years yet and it has to have a new transmission put in it. Mitsubishi is not giving an extended warranty on the new transmission and they only want to pay for 3 days on my rental when the dealership was waiting for their call back for 2-3 days. Thank goodness I have ******************** and they are paying for the other 5. I'm not happy with how Mitsubishi is handling this, especially since a lot of the 2019-2022 Outlander Sports had a recall on the transmission. Funny how my car needs a new transmission already, yet it doesn't fall into the recall?

      Mitsubishi is aware that catalytic converters are being stolen from their model suv and are not willing to assist customers in getting this part any faster then 4 to 6 months. They have you open a case with the assumption they are planning to resolve the issue only to be contacted my a representative that informs you of all the things Mitsubishi doesn't do for customers in this situation. They will not provide rental assistance beyond the 30 days that the insurance company allows, they will not increase production of this part, and the part is first come first serve bases. If you get the part from any where else it voids your warranty. They are only offering $750 on a trade in for a new Mitsubishi. Why would I want another one when you were unable to assist with the 2020 I just purchased a year ago. I will never buy a Mitsubishi every again I will make sure to post this on every website and news outlet that I can. This is disgusting as a company to operate in this manner.

      There have been a spike in Mitsubishi catalytic converter thefts and Mitsubishi continues to ignore this and their customers that are affected by their negligence. I have an audio recorded interview with the shop where my car is being fixed and my car is Mitsubishi number 50 to be vandalized. What is Mitsubishi doing to protect the cars they are selling to their customers?
