            Solicitation harassment. I purchased a trailer years ago and financed the purchase. It was financed from the trailer company using Balboa Capital.I have since paid off the loan, sold the trailer, and had nothing to do with Balboa.I still routinely receive calls and emails from balboa even after numerous attempts to remove my info, ask them to stop, and blocking numbers and emails. I have spoken directly to at least 3 individuals and asked each to remove all contact info because I no longer wished to be contacted. After doing so, I also block the numbers but will eventually receive calls from other numbers. Today specifically, i received a call from a balboa capital rep, I asked to not be called and hung up. within a few min they called back anyways.I have received many emails also that do not have an unsubscribe option and have responded to those also asking to no longer be contacted. Any other marketing emails with the option I have unsubscribed from.

            Shady company with reps who will lie and mislead about fees, then hide charges into contract language despite assuring you that it means something else.I worked on a $75*********** financing lease with *********************. When we first began conversations, I asked him point blank if there were any additional fees for the loan other than the interest payments. He told me no. He said that I had to pay an initial deposit to cover the initial payment towards the loan. I did. Afterwards, I was told that my initial payment of $8k+ didn't even go towards covering the loan. His response: "This is standard in corporate loans." It definitely is not. When I tried to speak with a supervisor, I was told to contact customer service. I will never do business with them again and I recommend anyone against using them.
