              I received 2 letters from Western Mutual referencing the roof of my house, the later stated they will cancel my policy on April 1, 2024 unless I show them proof that I have replaced *******. I have never filed a claim through them to replace *******. They stated in a phone conversation on February 7, ************************************ 2022 and determined that it might need to be replaced. They never informed me that they was inspecting the roof so Im assuming the must have did it by drone. I need to know how they can cancel you for something that you were paying insurance for.

              My fridge had a water leak that messed up the drywall behind it, when I filed the claim everything went smooth they recommended their own company for the repairs everything went great I paid the deductible and everything was fine. After receiving a letter from my mortgage company that I didnt have insurance I called Residence Mutual insurance and they told me they had dropped 3 years ago because I didnt provide proof of the repairs, they were the ones who sent an inspector and the ones that sent the contractor for the repairs.

              Unfortunately yes the policy was non-renewed effective 1/25/22 because in Jan 2021 we requested proof of repairs from a claim and it was never received. The non-renewal notice went out in October 2021 and the last payment received and processed for this policy was in January of 2021.
