            ******************* and his workers have been doing construction at the neighbors property for 6 months now. His workers have been bullying, harassing, threatening us and have damaged our property. We had to get a court ordered restraining order against one of his workers for threatening twice with a power tool who also recently tried to run into my husband while driving his vehicle. This worker now has a stay away order from us and our home. ******************* has allowed aggressive workers on our property without responding to our requests for them to be removed. ******************* has come on our property and cut our locks off with a power saw at least 11 times. One of his workers vandalized my husbands truck by smearing concrete on it. His workers also trespassed into our fenced yard and plugged their batteries into our socket.We would like for this to be addressed. ******************* and his workers have caused severe mental stress and anxiety, not to mention damage to our property that he is refusing to pay for.
