Complete fraud. They successfully ran a $1 charge on my credit card and then sent me an email stating they couldn't fulfill the order because my card was declined. No doubt they sold my number to someone else. They must be stopped!

I ordered an item I knew would be popular, but had already been available multiple times-ie they sold out everywhere within maybe a week or so but you only had to wait until the next shipment to get yours if you missed. Not impossible to find, in other words, nor something that seemed to be completely unavailable for months. What I wanted was currently out of stock on NextWarehouse but had on it's listing page an ETA of a week later so I was fine with that. When I checked out, I had the option of buying and then selecting a timeframe to wait before the site would automatically cancel my order if the item had not yet been received. I didn't think it was necessary at the time, I didn't need my item sooner than the week or so I knew I'd have to wait. I got the order confirmation, great. Then nothing, and more nothing. I'd go on the site, refresh ETA date and on each date they listed, there was another time period to wait. After almost 2 months, I sent an email asking if this item would be received and shipped, and noticed that the price had gone up considerably since I bought. Meanwhile, same item was now in stock on Amazon for half the price (and also not a sketchy seller). I got a snippy reply stating to refresh the order screen for the new ETA. I waited a few days later, looked up the company here and cancelled the order after reading all these stellar reviews. I got the cancellation confirmation this morning, and just now received notice the card I had used to "buy" the item in the beginning had an unauthorized transaction. I got the "receipt" for the fraudulent item bought and there was an address listed-very, very close to where Nextwarehouse is listed as a business. Coincidence? Do NOT purchase anything without a credit card, and honestly, don't purchase anything from Nextwarehouse period. Scam artists!

Terrible. Had 3 orders open for what would be high demand products. There was no follow up when I asked about the availability and ETA of the products. Only the option to cancel via some automated form via email. I cancelled one order, remaining hopeful about the others. A followup was communicated in mass about the other products stating that availability resumed. Instead of filling open orders, all customers orders for said products were cancelled and we needed to submit new ones. Competing again for the available stock and losing our place in any order stack... Atrocious. I never received any order. And I have yet to see objective evidence of anyone receiving theirs.STAY AWAY.

We ordered a CPU/Processor through this site for my teen son's birthday, but this site appears to be a scam. We ordered the product and it did not come by the expected date and it was really hard to get ahold of someone for the updated timeline. When the box finally came 2 weeks after the promised by date, it did not contain a CPU, just a cooler. We contacted them right away (via email as no one was available by phone on the weekend), sent pictures and explained. We then followed up and the guy who answered via email, Gary, just gave my husband the run around. He asked the same questions multiple times in the various emails (which my husband answered every time), asked for additional pictures, which we provided, then started talking about maybe it's the wrong product we ordered (we did not) and contacting the police and WE would have to go through his supplier to figure out what happened. We purchased this through Next Generation, they did not provide what we ordered, so they should give us a refund and follow up with their supplier to find out what happened. Also, we said we are happy for him to file a police report, because we have questions/complaints too. But after all this, he just gave us a case number and has not once answered what he plans to do and how we get our money back. If it was more than $200 I would waste time contacting the police and my attorney, because based on the comments here, this place is a scam. Wish we had read these beforehand. DON'T buy here, seriously.

It’s terrible service and customer service! They saying: WE HAVE IN STOCK, but after 2 days You receive email: YOU ARE BACK ORDERED, because WE DON’T have your item in stock! But We will receive it in 1-2 days and Will ship it. After 13 days waiting since I placed my order , I called and woman said - YOU ARE BACK ORDERED, do We didn’t received it yet! THEY SUCKS
