            I purchased a Spigen Rugged Armor case and Spigen Magnetic Ring Plate (MagFit) Adapter for my Pixel 8 Pro. The magnetic ring does not align properly with the phones wireless charging coils, making wireless charging unusable. Despite providing detailed information and evidence of this widespread issue, Spigens customer support deflected by suggesting that my Anker charger was incompatible, which is irrelevant and misleading.I am disappointed with the quality of the product and the gaslighting response from customer support. I request that the ******************** assist in resolving this issue and ensuring Spigen takes accountability for their product's design flaws.

            The product is fine and I have no complaints about that.However, their customer service is non-existent.We paid $10.59 for 2 day shipping. The product arrived on the 6th day via ****. Requested a refund and they refuse to even acknowledge there is a problem. It is a ************** and all they do is lie to me (to save face, asian thing) and act oblivious that there is any problem at all! Does it not strike you to pay for a 2 day (i need it now service), they get their money and refuse to see you as a customer and don't care when you get it!Boycot Spigen liars and deceivers!

            Hello, we would like to extend our sincerest apologies for this unpleasant experience. We value our customers' trust and would never mislead or deceive our customers in any way. Upon reviewing the order details and customer support ticket, it seems that the order was placed after the cutoff time on Friday, August 9th. Unfortunately, as mentioned in our shipping policy, orders will get processed in 1-2 business days, and the package was shipped out on August 12th and delivered within 2 business days on August 14th. Although the package was delivered on time, we have processed a full refund for the shipping cost to help make things right.We are taking the time to retrain our support team and work with our logistics team so that they are able to provide more customer-oriented, efficient solutions. We truly apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstanding this may have caused and would like to extend our gratitude for being a loyal patron of our products.
