EZPay is terrible. Their customer service cannot give you any answers; their website only shows payments, not a balance, and you have to request balance information and payoff information. I had charges of 934 dollars, I have paid at this time 1134, and they say the payoff amount is 778 dollars. This company is charging almost 100% interest just to get work on my car done. All companies should stop using them. It is a scam and should be illegal.

Thank you too all the people who wrote reviews about Easy Pay warning me about this company. I was about to use them for a car repair but after reading all the negative reviews I will make other plans to pay for the repair. Crooks, do not use this scam company. After calling and paying off, I spoke to their agent which I clearly stated I am paying account off in full. He gave me amount which I paid. Short time later I got email saying they were going to draft another payment. This is after I paid them in full. This place needs to be shut down.EasyPay Finance Response

I would give then a 0 if I could've!SCAM 179% FINANCE CHARGE WHAT? When I signed the contract I clearly remember the terms blank and asked the individual who helped me secure the financing what the deal was and was told to call the company directly. After making 13 payments biweekly which would have covered the exact amount borrowed and then some I called them to find out the reason they were still taking the money out of my account they said you have 13 more payments left at 179% interest I was beside myself thankfully a family member loaned me the payoff I paid it and will never make the same mistake now I have to pay back my family member for the loan which is just about $500 less than the original loan amount. They are an absolute joke and should be shut down for taking advantage of customers terrible business practices worst place I ever took a loan out through. I will never make the same mistake again and hope others are never put in this position.EasyPay Finance Response

These people are evil, do not use this company. I financed a dog that cost $900 and after paying $800 in 5 months I've been told I have $1200 left to pay even after paying extra payments and and automatic payments coming from my account. I have great credit and their excuse for my APR was because "the government legally allows us to charge a %147 APR". This company is an outright scam taking advantage of of their lack of transparency to legally steal from financers. **************** is bad, you can hear people laughing and playing around in the background, and the company I brought my dog from no longer uses them, and now it's clear why.EasyPay Finance Response

not happy with this company.i am paying more than what is required every month.there is no balance visible online. I have asked customer service, and never received a response.i want this paid off in full by the deadline and I will do my part.If Easypay tries to mess with me, I will *** them in a class action lawsuit. Easy pay set up my payments for direct deposit. Come to find out the payments they set did not meet the deadline. Made my payments on time did my part not missing one and they set me up to fail and go past my do date. All because I didnt read the contract fine print that says you have to adjust the payment yourself to reach the deadline. Which was totally uncalled for when it would have been the right thing to do is set up my payments to pay it before the do date but they just leave you with the bill. And rude costumer service that does nothing to help out someone that was doing the right thing by paying all the payments on time when I was supposed to with not one missed. Just to get stuck with 172apr witch is double what the easy payment plan was for plus interest.EasyPay Finance Response

EasyPay Finance is completely talking advantage of people in rough situations with an APR of 119% you will end up paying 3 times your original finance amount. A 1400$ car repair and they want 3900 after all is said and done. It's absolutely a money scam.EasyPay Finance Response

Easy pay finance is a fraud you go and apply for a loan to help pay for your car. They have two names easy pay in American finance. I borrow 940 from these people and they said I have to pay double they want me to pay $2000. This is a ripper and there are scamming me out my money these people like I said you go apply for a loan with easy pay finance you find out. It has a different name that you get the loan from it. Pay finance and American finance. They still taking out my account when I have not gave them, the authority is not my payment date I want this business to be removed And that this is not gonna be on my credit Im gonna pay the remaining of what I owe them and thats it. Im not paying them. No double nothing these people are scamming me. I dont think anything about them so thats why Im not giving them no review. Hello. There seems to be some confusion regarding the amount financed. EasyPay and American Finance are two different finance companies and we are not affiliated with them. Additionally, the length of time and total of payments are outlined in the truth in lending disclosure which is also on the first page of your agreement. The complete agreement is sent to your cell phone prior to signing.
