********** was not professional. He was very rude and aggressive. My initial review on yelp was removed and that was unfair. He mentioned to me that he needed to "rewire something"He didn't reset the service and etc.. He was angry because I was checking the work with my personal vehicle status checker tool or whatever you call it. The ** was not working and it wasnt't noticeable until I think a week or 2 after. I still have pictures and more documents. The ** I did a trouble shoot for a month to make sure I was pointing fingers. Everything was operating normally until I came here.I asked if he could help or new bout key fob battery change ad he said yeah we can. When I came down he then said he neve said that. That another location down the rode did that. He gave me bad attitude and was rude. I knew the ** was working because i was waiting in the vehicle with it on because it was hot.The tech person came, made a joke about getting him food as well and I joked back ok sure.How can that make him uncomfortable?**** is covering something up. He got mad when I checked the work with my checker and asked me not to do that.My ac is not operating normally since coming and I have full documentation, He and his tech were the last to touch the vehicle. They didn't complete the service correctly.i contacted them by email and made a complaint. Then, requested the next steps to a formal complaint.This business has done malicious actions against me and my vehicle.
