      Let me start off buying saying, this is the worst car buying experience ever. Even with a warranty you will feel helpless. Ive literally been calling and visiting this place for over a month in regards to having ELECTRICAL ISSUES repaired. Every time Ive called they schedule me for a loaner car, ask all the questions about the issues Im experiencing and after that, they never call you back. Ive gone over to see what the issue was in person, only to be told i was Never on a list (and this is after being told it will take 8 business days)Im starting to feel like Im harassing a business. Im calling, virtual chatting, emailing, yelping etc. Im still getting nowhere.I even spoke with the service advisors saying my children have to ride in this vehicle and it keeps cutting off and making noises, i havent Even had the cat for a year. After doing extensive research it appears all of their customers are dissatisfied with this place. Its a nightmare to deal with these kind of businesses and its even worse that you buy a new car to Avoid having to deal with Service issues but end up dealing with more than your previous car. I will Continue to work towards getting a solution from this place as they need to be held accountable for their actions.

      LIARS LIARS LIARS!! and criminals as well! Only because I had to leave at least one star do they get that if I could give them **** I would! To make a long story short I took my **** in to get it worked on because it wouldnt turn over, I had power it just wouldnt start. After five days of having the car they told me the compression test came back and it showed that I needed a brand new engine at $11,000. Let me also say this, my car is a limited edition 2012 Gucci **** and it only has ****** miles on it. So after telling them I was not going to have them put in a brand new engine, I picked it up. At that point I took the car, it was now running by the way, and brought it back home. I called 500 Madness in **********. They suggested I ask them for the print out of the compression test results so that I could tell them what they were. After calling five times and getting no response back I finally called the service manager and he told me he would get ****** who is my service provider to return my call and give me those results. After two days. I still had not heard anything from them and I finally got the below message. Which states they lost my compression results. I think thats pretty ironic that they lost it when theres nothing wrong with my car. I took the car in at 500 minus this morning and they told me theyve never seen a clean a car and theres nothing wrong with it! Better Business Bureau is my next call what this dealership done has done is criminal!!! LIARS LIARS LIAR!! Dont take your cars here!!

      Beware: we bought a jeep here last week and although the sales rep and finance person were nice. This review is about the sales manager ****. After we signed all the paperwork they took the vehicle in the back to detail it. When it came out and they handed us the keys we noticed the $200 all weather floor mats were missing. I told our sales rep and he said they must have been taken out by another sales agent, sorry nothing I can do about it. We were very surprised about this. Things can be removed from the vehicle after it was purchased? Wow. The sales manager sent us an email with a congratulations and we told her what happened. No response. 3 days later sent a follow up email. No response. What a terrible sales manager. We will not be going back here for new vehicles or service because of this sales managers inability to respond to a customers concerns. Very unprofessional. We see she had time to post on her socials about her love for ***** and her extreme anti vac stance but no time to respond to a customers concerns.

      Misleading pricing. Pricing quoted on web site is not available including offering proposed lease and finance terms. Dealership personnel quoted pricing over double what is offered and demanded ******* in additional undisclosed fees for no services.A formal investigation of their practices is warranted

      April 25 2022. I Was at Chrysler to look at possible JEEP category since Im looking for car with large space. I lost one of my cars on March 5th due to accident. Salesman ISSAK was trying talk me on to new unlimited edition. I never lease car before so we had conversation about lease options.He ask me for my SSN. I made very clear that Im not here to PURCHASE CAR TODAY. Im just looking at different options.and want to see how big are JEEPS inside. Im still waiting for my accident car that got paid off few days ago to hit the credit line. Il be ready in 3-4 weeks. ISSAK sad - IT WILL NOT AFFECT YOUR CREDIT! IT WILL ONLY IF I SUBMIT TO THE **** AND Im not submitting, just need your social to give you approximate quote on the lease. I sad- Are you sure? because Im telling you i dont want to touch my credit right now. ( My 22 year old son was with me, heard every word i sad) ISSAK Says - IM SURE! will not affect your credit score! One min latter Im getting notification from the credit report in my email that i have a change to my credit score. I pointed this out to him, He sad this is impossible.I sad, Well i have the email as a proof , I ask you not to pull my credit.***** was denying to the end. I ordered my credit report and surly was hard inquiry from CHRYSLER JEEP on there. I made several calls to ***** and pointed out that. Requested letter of deletion. and send out several emails to Customer specialist name *********************** Customer Relations Manager Waisting days on calls and emails got me practically nowhere .***** start ignoring me just everyone else after while they know you are calling and they just reject your call, or place you on hold for ever and 20 min later they hand up. I never sighed credit autorization, and have a witness that i told *********************** several times i do not agree to have inquiry on my credit. I provided him with my credit core. There was no reason for him to ask me for my social.*************************
