    When I was purchasing a vehicle at this location I was given a clean carfax report. I later found out that this vehicle has been in an accident which I believe *** have been covered up by the dealer. I have an invoice for body and electrical work that was sublet to another company for repair but doesnt show on carfax. Do to this issue and repairs not being done correctly my car flooded on the inside passenger side during resent heavy rain storms. Damages include carpet was covered in 2inches of water and water behind interior panels. This includes wiring in the floor and door jam. I would like a refund of my down payment and the vehicle removed from my credit report. The dealer did fix the leak ( wont know if corrects the problem until it rains again) at no charge. I informed them I didnt want a flooded car back when I have been lied to during the purchase process. The manager wouldnt even look at my paperwork and evidence of the accident. I was told to have my attorney contact them thats why they have attorneys. When I got in my car it smelled horrible. I realized they put wet carpet back in my car and dried it with the cars heater on. I have health issues and Im allergic to dust and mold and a hundred other things. Driving home I got a severe headache. I wish you could record smell!!

    I am utterly disappointed and appalled by the experience my father had at the Toyota car dealership. We had high expectations for quality service, but instead, we were subjected to microaggressions and racism from the salesman, ****. It was a deeply hurtful encounter that left us feeling disrespected and unwelcome. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the dealership's values.To make matters worse, **** went as far as telling my father to leave the premises, showing a complete disregard for basic human decency. It is disheartening to see such blatant discrimination and mistreatment taking place in a place of business that should strive for inclusivity.Following the incident, we received a call from the manager, but the apology we received felt insincere and insubstantial. Rather than addressing the issue at hand, the manager seemed more interested in coercing us into accepting their proposed resolution or walking away. This dismissive attitude only added to our disappointment.Our experience at this dealership was highly disheartening, and we expected better from a reputable establishment like Toyota. Discrimination should never be tolerated, especially in a customer service setting.I strongly urge the dealership to take swift action to investigate this incident thoroughly and implement measures to prevent such discrimination from occurring in the future.In conclusion, I cannot recommend this Toyota car dealership based on our experience. Discrimination has no place in any customer-oriented business, and it is crucial for the dealership to address this issue promptly and effectively.
