            A plus came to my home, mandated by my home insurance company in June to fix my broken Washer. They could not replicate the issue right away and said they would follow up. When I called back they had closed the work order. I managed to get the insurance to ask them to come back on 8/23 when *** showed up and said the motherboard was defect and they would order a spare part. Its been over 3 weeks and I did not hear from A plus, they do not answer my calls or call back after I leave a voicemail. There are multiple complaints about their practices on their ****** account, this seems to be a pattern of theirs. Just showing up when the insurance pays them to and them dropping the ball, leaving customers in the dark. So unprofessional.

            Terrible and STAY AWAY FROM THEM, ****** is a liar and *** is just as bad. They should not be in business. Reported them to my Home Warranty to have them removed from the list. ****** reviews are absolutely terrible and the worse possible. I wish I knew before the warranty assigned them to me. Mine is a long story, *** took a part to get fixed and 2 months later i still don't have my part back. He took my metal ventilation ****** to my down draft oven to get fixed and I still don't have it. When I called, he yelled at me told I should have not purchased a house with a broken oven and said he tossed my part and hangs up on me. This company is a disgrace, if you ****** them, they have 1 star review and the worst reviews I have ever read, what happened to me has happened to many other customers out there and they should be put out of business. They are scammers and liars!I called today 9/11/23 and I still don't have my part back, ****** has one excuse after another and another liar. They should be put out of business; how can they still be in business I don't understand. Stay away! They don't even deserve a 1 star.
