      Incompetent swindlers and liars. Like so many others who posted on this sight, I ordered a light. It didn't come; I asked "where is it?" and was told there was a delay. A week or so later I asked again and was given another excuse. Another week and nothing. Emailed them again and asked for a refund. They replied, your order is cancelled, however no refund has appeared.This went down in October/November 2023.DON'T DEAL WITH THEM.

      Ordered lights on 8/2/23 which were delivered to a completely different house on 8/26/23. The photo I received of the delivery shows an unrecognizable front door, not in my neighborhood. When I reached out with my concern to their customer service email, it took fours which got me no where and eventually the owner *********************** responded with the following: *****************OKso you Order from us, we ship, you lose the package, or ***** loses the package, and its our fault. Right. Please shop elsewhere.Best of luck. *********************** Owner

      100% False. Customer did receive fixtures, according to ***** and the picture ***** takes showing the product left at the door. We told the Customer-if they truly didn't receive the fixtures, to check with neighbors and with *****. We are not responsible for theft or shipments.. Customer refused to do anything to help and then threatened us with bad Reviews after several emails and attempts to help. We do not tolerate threats of any kind by Customers. Once threatened we stop any and all assistance.

      Same as many others. Ordered a light fixture 3 months ago. Since then, nothing. Excuse after excuse, and that's when they answer the email. Asked for a refund, said they changed credit card processors and cannot do that. Only by check. Okay, send ** our check. Nothing! Having to call our credit card for chargeback. Take heed, people, no not order from them. You'll be sorry.

      I was a little hesitant ordering from this company and when I did and due to the merchandise not being available to ship immediately, I asked for refund. They did offer I buy a substitute product, I refused. I did have to remind them twice about providing the refund but they did refund my money, they did respond to my emails, they were generally very good to work with. The only reason I only gave 4 out of 5 stars, they were not completely transparent regarding shipping date prior to me ordering.

      Horrible company! Do not order from this company! They took my money and I never received the light I ordered. Trying to get a refund! They emailed me that I would get a refund in 5 to 7 days. Never got the refund! Scammers!

      I ordered a pair of lights well over a month ago for a customer job. After several weeks my customer got tired of waiting and picked up similar lights at ******. I requested a cancellation and refund May 11th. They confirmed May 12th and said the refund is being processed. On May 25th; still no refund - I asked how much longer to which I received another B.S. excuse the following day. This company does not follow the golden rule and obviously doesn't care about scamming me out of $112. BUYER BEWARE!!

      Never received my light I paid for. I ordered it 1/20/22 and still no light today 3/22/22. I emailed 2 times to demand refund but no response and left 2 voicemails with no response. They email excuse after excuse for the delay but will not acknowledge my request for a full refund! Website is a scam! The owner should go to jail for taking peoples money and not giving them what they paid for. I reported them to the *** as a scammer and fraud!

      I ordered a light in May 2021, five months ago, and have not received it yet. I have not received a reply after many calls and emails to try to find out where my light is. It's a scam!
