Wish I could give zero stars. My parents would never leave a review but I feel it's a service owed to others out there who are thinking of using this company through ******* My elderly parents thought they were getting a convenient kitchen cabinet refacing but instead received an absolutely terrible install for an obscene price. Unhelpful service and attempts to reschedule to fix their errors were not met with the urgency that it deserved. They refused to budge on a reduction of the exorbitant costs charged to my parents. The kitchen install was missing doors and cabinets and the doors did not shut DESPITE taking measurements and placing the order themselves. They left an absolute mess for my parents to clean up themselves in the yard and kitchen. I was shocked. They wouldn't show when scheduled to show up. They left in a rush and working with them to reschedule caused my parents to miss important events they had scheduled with family for months in advance. They had to live with the inside of their kitchen scattered all over their home for over a month when Reborn promised the job would be done in 4-5 days. I 100% do NOT recommend REBORN. I feel so awful for my parents.

My 1 day 18K shower install has yet to be satisfactorily completed. The window surround cracked and crooked which requires new window kit and back panel. They have come out 3 times with not having right equipment, not having right color material and not having material necessary to complete job. They don't call, all communication has to be instigated by cust. Last appointment made they did not call or show and after asking to speak to warranty Mgrs boss they don't answer or return my calls and have left me on hold or disconnected calls. Really bad business and very sad as we have no source to repair and must now attempt to navigate arbitration

I am a very unsatisfied customer who paid so much money for a bathroom remodel which took months to complete a simple upgrade, and after 15 months of completion I noticed there were hairline cracks above the shower tiles which they refuse to repair as they claim I had a one-year warranty. I never received or seen a one-year warranty, but I did receive a 25-year warranty on their products. I do not recommend this company. Beware of them!

I put off having my kitchen done knowing there may be extreme stress dealing with contractors and such....but I must share how amazing it was to work with Reborn Cabinets! Every person I dealt with was courteous and professional. They patiently explained the process and helped create an absolutely beautiful "new" kitchen for my small condo. I should have done this sooner. The installation team, ********************************* were complete professionals and always were thoughtful with the *** restrictions (time and work area cleanliness); they worked hard each day and thoroughly cleaned up and stored their equipment to minimize being in the way over night. If I could I would give them 10 stars for outstanding work and commitment to providing quality products. Even though I just resurfaced the cabinets -- it truly is like a brand new kitchen! Thank you, Reborn, for hiring and retaining such great employees.

A week before my scheduled install, I had arranged for the technicians to meet me at 11 AM (which I had confirmed with the office) and they arrived at 9am. When I asked the technician what is going to be done he said we will be working on my bathtub, shower and we are reinstalling your original fixtures. My response was not for $34,000, I was told new fixtures. After speaking to the installation team and manager they reviewed my work order. I was upset that they were going to put the original fixtures back in when my contract showed that I ordered matte black fixtures. It took four trips to my house for a bathtub and shower to be install which its still not done correctly and Im not satisfied . The grout is cracked in both bathrooms and the shower in the master bathroom has water leaking out on one edge. I had to buy another shower arm, reattach the shower head and add more caulking at the shower base and they would even install a shower rod in my hall bathroom. I asked to renegotiate the price and they said no. On my County inspection permit, the Countys estimated is $11,300 and Reborn is charging $34,000. I should mention that between the four times they were out, I contacted a construction company to validate my complaint and the contractor offered to write a letter for me if Reborn did not fix those items. Also, 2 weeks prior to the install, The county inspector came out and he wasnt sure why he was there before the work was done. His documents had my address with another clients name. Reborn advertises at ****** and I put in a complaint to ****** for which was closed with a week! I would not recommend this company for residential work, their work seems to be geared toward commercial building bathrooms. Their loan department has contacted me twice and Ive informed them that Im waiting for someone at Reborn to contact me in hopes of renegotiating my price. I informed them that I dont want them back in my house nor their warranty.

Everyone at Reborn did an incredible job, from the sales presentation to the measuring and installation. I am extremely happy with the quality of the cabinet refacing and with the quality of workmanship and labor. Special shoutout to my installers, *************************** and *************************** for the tremendous job. Thanks for the excellent experience Reborn!
