This Company has not delivered on anything they told us they could do for us when we were on the phone with their sales ******** told him all of the things we were looking for and needing from this software. He told us that their software could do all of the things we needed. He promised us not one but two scanners to help us to keep track of our inventory. When the time came for our training and I mentioned to the trainer that I needed him to show me how to do the certain things we had been told the software would do for us, he had to put us on hold. When he came back he informed us that the software could not do the things we were told it could do. This was a major concern for us since we had been very specific in what we needed. We sent several emails to the sales rep and owner of company and left many phone messages, with no reply. We never did receive the scanners we were told would be shipped to us. After about 3 months of us having no success in reaching anyone in the company, the person who suggested this company to us called to see how we were doing with it. I explained to him how unhappy we were and why. He called the company and was upset we had not received any help especially since it was his name on the line recommending them. Amazingly we received a phone call from the salesman the next day checking in SERIOUSLY? Well, he received an earful of how things were going. To my amazement he offered to give us another year of the software I had to kindly explain to him why we would not benefit from another year of a software program that did nothing HE told us it would do. I pointed out that he had lied to us just to get the sale. We asked for a refund explaining that we had not ever even used the software since it was never even set up for us as he said it would be. He called back to say that they would give us a refund and for us to send an email to accounting to get that started. We heard nothing after that. I had to email several times before we finally received a call from the person who did our training to let us know we would not be receiving a refund! Wow, I was amazed the sales rep completely passed the buck onto the trainer to tell us that information. This company will promise you a lot and deliver very little. Communication is terrible! If you are reading this to see if you should purchase this product, I would advise to stay clear. You will not receive the customer support you will need. Who wants to work with a company that will lie to you?
