On 7/20/2022 I entered into a signed contract with Pink Legal to produce a set of documents making some minor changes to my existing Living Trust. We both signed the document, and I paid the down payment for the service. I retuned on 8/17 for my scheduled appointment. C*** ***** brought out the completed documents and took my driver’s license and my thumb print. He told me most of it was boiler plate legal text and that all we would only review the sections with names on it and I could review the rest when I got home. He then stated that if I even needed to make changes in the future that this was part of the service. So I tried to clarify that and said so if I take this home and review it and there are some changes to be made you will do that at no charge. After asking that question he completely snapped and said I’m giving you a refund. I said I don’t want a refund I would just like to finish the paperwork the way you normally would. He replied in a very agitated state no. When I asked him what the problem was again he responded in a violent tone and said get out of my office. I again asked him politely what the problem was. He then stood up, picked up my paperwork and went over and stood between me and the door and screamed at the top of his lungs GET OUT OF MY OFFICE. At that point I felt threatened since he was acting so out of control as I am 70 years old man and I was afraid to walk near him to get to the door thinking that in his state he could get violent. I asked him again politely what the problem was. He would not answer. He then moved into the doorway blocking any way for me to leave and called the police. Again I was feeling threatened and did not feel safe to walk near him. I sat and waited for the police to arrive hoping they could settle it and again asked him what the problem was to help figure out what made him so angered as to yell at me that way.
