Worst customer service ever. Brought my RV in to have a faulty propane gauge fixed. Was referred by RV dealer as rig was still under warranty. Was told problem might be gauge face and they had to order part. They asked me to check back in with them in one week. I did, 4 weeks in a row. One call per week. Finally part came in (that delay not their fault) Took RV in after one month to replace the gauge face, they did, filled tank, still reading only 60%. I asked them why it was only reading 60% and the owner, J***, said it was not his problem. When I said that I still had an issue with the gauge not reading accurately he became verbally abusive saying that I had called 25 times, (which was a lie, I called once to make the original appointment and then once per week as they had asked) They then charged me (correctly) for several gallons of propane and sent me on my way. Then they called me to tell me I owed them $300, to take off the gauge face (2 screws and 2 wires) and to put the new gauge face on (same 2 screws & 2 wires) They had told me that the RV dealer was going to pay for this warranty issue. Another fellow, D***, called me and accused me of stiffing them. I called them back and asked for a detailed invoice. They were rude again on the phone. I would rather drive to LA than ever have to deal with them again. Worst customer service ever. If I could give a negative star number I would.

While part of this customers complaint is accurate, the interaction is not exactly as he describes. Customer came in to our shop as the dealership he purchased the RV from could not fix his problem, Customer complained that the his gauge was faulty and that it never registered or moved at all, we diagnosed and advised of the problem. Customer stated he wanted us to repair the issue which we explained would require us to order the ned=cessary part if we could locate the part. After hours of research we were able to locate the part, and advised the customer we would notify him when the part came in. The tank was manufactured over seas as he bought a low end RV that uses the cheapest parts they can during manufacturing, while we were waiting the customer called at a minimum 20 times checking and asking questions about the RV to the point when one of my staff would refuse to speak to him any more. When advised that the part finally came in customer brought the RV back in and my technician installed the gauge filled the tank and confirmed that the gauge was now working properly, the problem that we were asked to fix. Once the tank was fixed the tank only filled to 60%, not uncommon with inferior tanks, Customer was upset and advised that we repaired the issue he brought the RV to us for and that we are not a warranty center that the only way we would repair the new issue is to replace the tank with a higher quality American made tank that would rectify the new issue. Customer was angry and stated he did not want to spend any money to fix the new issue that we should just do for him under his warranty. As explained to him several times both before and after we started the completed repair, we are not a warranty center although we would try and bill his dealer direct for the service, he clearly understood the issue, customer paid for his propane and signed the work order a left. At this time we contacted his dealership and they advised of this was not a warranty issue and that the customer was responsible for the repairs. When one of our team members call and advised the customer he became very angry and demanded a detailed bill and that he would call the dealership and work things out. Several hours later the dealership called our offices and said to bill them directly as they didn't want this issue to get in the way of the relationship the dealership has with us. While we wish we could have satisfied this customer, we decided that he was so difficult to deal with, as clearly evident in his made up complaint, that we would no longer work on his vehicle or have anything to do with him.
