              On August 1st, 2024 at approximately 2100 hours. I visited the habit ************************************************ I purchased a tuna sandwich and tempura green beans at the kiosk inside the store for the sum of $12.90. I was charged twice for the purchase to my credit card. However when I told the store cashier she said she couldnt do anything about the transaction because the kiosk machine is run separately from the store register. So I contacted customer service and explained the situation. They ask me to provide Charges confirmation and last four digits of the credit card I used. I provided the information, however its September 5th , 2024 and I have not received any kind of response from the company. I have reached out to them multiple times via emails without any avail. I am frustrated that such a popular store cannot resolve this matter and it looks like to me they will keep my money. I am officially submitting a complaint against this business and would appreciate any help you can provide to me. Id like to retrieve my hard earned money and compensation for my distress and troubles. I hate for anyone to have to go through and experience this situation.

              It was good a few years ago when they first opened in *********. Closer to what I experienced at the original Habit Burger in ******, **. Decided to try one again in ******, and their quality has gone way downhill. The bun was wimpy and not the same as I remember. The hamburger did not have the same charbroiled flavor. Overall, it was very blah and not worth the $5.99 that I paid for it. I will stick to InNOut Burger which is more affordable and a heck of a lot better. *** brands screwed up Habit Burger. Think they are the owners now.
