    One October 18, 2022, I agreed to have caregivers from A Better Solution In Home Care to for myself and my husband for one week for $4,440.00 with ****** paying for part of it, leaving me with paying $4:440.00 for five days and ****** paying for the other two days. Thats the first week. I wrote a check for said amount on October 18, 2022. They called it a deposit, and I said oh good faith money.The second week was to expensive for myself and my husband. So I said Ill just do the one week, instead of two weeks. So I was told that they could discount the second week, but that was still too expensive. Then ******** said they could discount the price to 37 for the second week with only my husband being cared for. So I could afford $3,700.00 so I said: I can do that! On October 26, 2022 $3,612.50 was taken out of my bank account for the second week.Now Im under the impression that Ive paid in full until about two days before my two weeks were to end the company tried to take $7,427.00 out of my bank account. Also on November 10, 2022 I received a letter with an additional amount of money they want me to pay. Thats $3,552.00 more. I never agreed to the additional amounts.I called the the company first, to find out why they were trying to take more money from my bank. I asked to speak to ********, but she was unavailable. So I called my bank and told them that I did not authorize that $7,427.00 payment.In the meantime my apple air pods were stolen. Most of the time the caregivers were on their phones making personal calls. One in particular was talking to her boyfriend and other friends almost the whole time she was supposed to be caring for my husband. I asked her to take my husband to the bathroom and raising her finger she said: hold off, hold off. About 10, 15 minutes later she finished her conversation, then she took him to the bathroom. She also stole food from us. She rationed the food out to us. Said it was all gone.

    When you are hired they promise you the world. They tell others that you will change the culture which makes the seasoned employees feel they are not worthy. They throw you out in the field without telling you that the star rating for this particular portion of the company is not the best. You not only have the stress of trying to get business for a low star rating agency but you are also dealing with a lot of backbiting that goes on between the *** and the Administrator. It seems they enjoy talking about everyone behind their backs and poke fun of people when they are not producing like they feel they should. In fact even if you are producing you will get talked about. Its like nothing I had ever seen. What I also find interesting is how a persons rate of pay gets around to everyone from the higher-*** discussing it with the staff. In return it makes a person feel unworthy while they are trying to get business for this low-star rating agency.Heres a good one. Many of the marketers get pulled from marketing to not only do walk-ins but to be caregivers on their weekend On-Call shift when caregivers call out. At some point agencies should re-evaluate how they do business instead of having marketers jumping in to do homecare. I havent figured out if its because they were too busy to restructure or if using salaried employees were less expensive.My advice is to look elsewhere for a marketing job. This agency has a revolving door and they like to poke fun of firing people. Instead of learning digital marketing or hiring a good IT person to advertise on the Internet, they throw people out with popcorn to market and expect them to succeed. This isnt ****. Get with the program. A good marketer will see this immediately.I do not need a response from the ***. I saw enough while I was there. Perhaps start looking from within instead of pointing the finger at others
