Take a look at the 1-star reviews on yelp - the fact that there are brides here who have had worst experiences than me is shocking.The dress "arrived" on time and was communicated to me and I wanted to set up an appt quickly. The receptionist said they prefer to wait until the month before the wedding since so many brides lose weight...that is not me! I compromised with her and tried to set up 2 months ahead of my wedding.Appt set for 3/31 - text at 6:22PM on 3/30 saying that they had to move all appts to another date the following week Appt set for 4/7 - text at 5:55PM on 4/6 saying again they would have to move the appts to the following week At some point, ******* gave me direct contact to offer options to help amend the situation - rush/same day alterations or a free gown preservation. I didn't feel comfortable with same day alterations and I just wanted the dress in my hands at that point. My friend who lives locally was able to pick up my dress on 4/14 and bring it to me that weekend (I ended up getting it altered locally).Of course my friend shares that my veil wasn't here - after some back and forth the veil didn't arrive until the week of 4/27.Next up the gown preservation.Dropped off the dress on 6/11...Texted 7/17, 8/9, 8/25 - finally get a response that she's OOO and will call when and send the info when she's back.Text again 9/12, called 11/3, Texted 11/4 Get a text back from their boutique number that ******* had a new number...Texted the boutique number 11/15 - nothing After this, I get desperate and call the gown preservation place and they said they DON'T HAVE MY DRESS. ??I see their IG is active and they posted their texting isn't working...so I DM them on 12/5 and finally get a response...on 12/6 to rectify the situation, they did a rush order in 2 weeks. Finally 1/31/24 they say they have the dress back in hands - once I had a free day to go down to SD and pick it up, I did and finally the saga is over.

They've got great dresses to choose from. I recently came in here with my sister and mother, and went through a handful of dresses they had here. ********* was very helpful throughout the entire process. I feel there was no pressure being made to make a decision while I came in for the appointment. I haven't made my decision just yet, but I'm leaning on returning back to this location for my dress

Came here from out of state for a wedding I was involved in, they were all very helpful. Although I was not the bride, I was a bride maid and needed a good dress. ******* was very helpful with the experience. I'm very happy with how things went and I'd highly recommend them

As a wedding planner, I came here with a few people to help find a specific dress. I feel everyone here was super helpful when it came to us finding exactly what we were wanting. I feel the team here were patient, understanding, helpful. The prices were very reasonable. ******* was very nice and helpful during the experience. I'll be returning in the future

I recently came in here with my mother. We had gone to a few other bridal shops before coming here, only wish I had came here sooner. The manager *** was very helpful. I feel she went out of her way to make sure we got what we wanted. The prices were very reasonable. I am happy with the experience, I would recommend the store.

ZERO STARS! My wedding is 9/16/2023. On 9/10/2023 this shop has rescheduled my fitting 4TIMES since 8/27/23 because they cant find my dress in their warehouse in LA because the manager ******* told me its, lost with ******* other dresses. I received an email the warehouse has my dress on 8/18/23. I PAID in full for this dress on January 22, 2023. I tried to be patient and trust that my wedding dress, would be ready (like the manager and staff told me) for my wedding day. They gladly took my money but when it comes to providing the dress I paid for there is nothing but excuses on why they dont have my dress in my possession. I would never recommend any bride to go here. Ive been talking with them everyday pretty much begging them to give my dress and nothing but excuses. This is making my wedding week so stressful and they arent doing anything to get my dress in time for my wedding. Now I have to get a new dress 5 days before my wedding because they couldnt get my dress in time. Inexcusable, disorganized and unprofessional. Spend your money elsewhere where they actually care about getting a bride their dress on their wedding day.
