    We purchased and ordered a NEW Allure Bridal wedding gown 12-17-2023. We were required to pay-in-full on this date. On 5-6-2023 we came to the store to see the new dress and have our daughter go through her fitting as the dress was ordered two sizes larger (size 16) to ensure ease of alterations. When the dress was presented to us the beads were coming off all over the dress. We then noticed all the tags, both exterior and interior were cut off the dress. We asked the Manager ******************* why this dress looks and feel used. He stated it is a new dress and he could provide all the manufacture order forms and *** delivery documents. We asked *** why are all the manufacture tags cut off, he stated when they open the delivery box from Allure Bridal the sharp instrument used to open the box also cuts off all the interior tags that states size, material, and cleaning instructions. This was very peculiar, nevertheless we took Sals word hed provide proof of a new dress, and continued with the alterations as the Wedding was on 5-20-2023. On 6-2-2023 we returned to the store to pick up the manufacturer order/invoice and *** delivery documents, as promised by Manager *******************. However, *** would not come to counter to speak with us. We heard him speaking in a back area to his employee **** (our Salesperson) telling her to tell us he was not coming into the store. We left **** our telephone number for *** to return our call. Also, we asked **** to please make an appointment for all of us, and we would return. The store is not responding to us. This is fraud, selling us a used dress and stating it is a new dress. We did not buy a used dress and want our money back. This business will not respond to us. We are returning the dress for a full refund of $3,027.77 and seeking punitive damages for fraud.

    a week ago NEW If I had negative stars I would give it to them. I ordered my dress back in September (cost $2,200) they took all my measurements and ordered it according to my size. Supposively I was a 10 in chest and a 12 in thighs. So they ordered a 16, I asked why so big why not just my size and they told me oh because its ************* and those dresses run about 2 to 4 sizes smaller. I was hesitant but they promised it would fit. As late December arrived I came to pick up my dress and to my surprise it is huge. I told them this was their mistake to send it back and bring me a new one. The older lady with black hair said they couldnt because it would get here until August of next year (****). She said what they could do for me is alter it and meet me at 599 for the alterations (complete bull as this was their mistake and I had already given her my budget). Now I was gona be stuck with an extra 600 because of an error they did not want to admit. Now this is the second time I heard this as my friend had this problem and she said they would charge her 800 for alterations when we already said a budget on the dress. My guess is this is their scam they order a bigger dress with the promise that itll fit and charge anywhere from 500 to **** extra for alterations. It is ridiculous. Now i would understand it fits just a little loose and I am ok with minor alterations but something this different is ridiculous. And to even lie as if they sent it back it wouldnt get here til August is way out of line. At the end they give you a little paper that says if dress is damaged, altered used etc it is as is and I chose to take it. I just wanted my dress and get out of there since I was really upset and don't like scenes. Anyways I will be filing a complaint in the Better Business Bureau. Please be careful do not let them fool you as to bringing a bigger size.
