They are extremely rude. No customer service at all. You can ask questions to get clarifications and they will treat you awful for asking questions even to the point that the guy said , you are asking a million questions I already answered you that a million times when I had only asked two times lol like wooow . Im appalled! Someone is underpaid and angry with their life. Get new employees please. Definitely not ever coming here ever again.

This business employs only scan artist that always change their prices and dont even get the job done properly they will but wrong sized tire the wrong rim. For example: they I have rear tires that are wider then front and the put the smaller size tire on the rear and mounted the rear wheel with the front tires and placed them at n the front and its messing up my suspension!!!!

I have no idea why this place is still in business i went in for new brakes and rotors and they had decided to not put the rotors on they gave me new brakes but they ripped me off. never replaced my rotors went back to get it fixed he says he was not doing the job.and I believe this company is a joke there is no reason why they're still in business somebody needs to do something about this immediately stop these people from doing fraudulent acts to other people and scamming them out of their money that's really a bad business deal gone wrong..

These people are con artists. I went in to get new tires and get my breaks done. They told me I needed new calipers and like an idiot I believed them. Added 600 dollars to my total bill. Ended up needing new wheels in addition to tires, hopefully I actually did and they weren't just scamming me out of more money.I spent a tot of $3,000 dollars getting my care all fixed up there, only to have problem after problem since leaving. When I first left, my tire pressure sensor kept blinking, so I went back. Told me I needed new sensors because they were depleted of batteries (the car is 11 years old, so this checked out). While my tires were off, the kid asked me if I had gotten my breaks done there. I said yes, and asked why and he told me that there's a cover that comes on new brakes and they had forgot to take it off before putting my car back together. How do you forget something like that??Finally I have the new sensors on and I go to leave again. I don't get two miles before my tire pressure sensor comes on yet again. I go to an air fill station and read my tire pressure, and three of them are at 40 PSI, and one is all the way down to 20. So I drive back AGAIN and told them the issue, and they took a look at it. They fixed it and said I was good to go without telling me what happened, so I had to ask and all they said was that there was a leak. I was frustrated and I asked why there was a leak in my brand new tires, and they said that there was a washer that was supposed to be screwed in on the inside and instead they put it on the outside. These are the most basic mistakes I can think of, and the fact that these were overlooked tells me just how unprofessional and unqualified they are.I now have to go back AGAIN because my brakes and new rotors are screeching and grinding. I understand you have to break in new brakes, but it's been over 300 miles. This is ridiculous. If it's not resolved after this next visit, I'm taking them to small claims.

Zero stars, went in for a wheel alignment, staff was very rude, talked me out of my perfectly fine tires for some busted used tires. When I went back to get my tires back the staff was looking very suspicious because they knew they sold me some messed up tires and had already sold my perfectly fine tires as a new set. Now my car is completely off balanced and is still in need of a wheel alignment smh this place is the worst of the worst, they dont care about their customers theyll rip you completely off especially if your a woman.
