      About a year ago, I should of written my review and complaint here.My small 10 lb. dog had gotten groomed, I was highly disappointed in their service, communication, and their approach and the way my dog turned out. I should have gone with my gut feeling and left the place with my dog before he was groomed. They ignored my grooming request, and disregarded my dogs subsequent anxiety in a grooming environment.Upon arrival, I was greeted in a hastily way . I was recommended this place, so I thought I would gave it a try. During our discussion for my dogs grooming, I disagreed with the description of how short the cut should be. My request to keep some hair on my dog was ignored three times; twice in person and once over the phone.When I picked up my dog, he seemed very nervous, shaky, and scared. He had a handkerchief around his neck, I removed the handkerchief and noticed his skin was very pink and hot, he had ***** on his neck, bottoms, his ankle, and in between his groin and leg area. My dog was very uncomfortable to the point where he would chew himself till he bleeds.The worst part is that the groomer did not warn me of the side effects that would've happened after my dog's hair was cut extremely short which is below the line . I returned to the Posh Poodle, to complain about my dog's grooming experience. Which then the owner Repeatedly denied what happened to my dog, She then Said " As a pet owner , You should have known these side effects when a dog is stripped of their fur." and she isn't taking No responsibility for what happened to my dog.As to my suspicious , my vet did confirm that there was clipper ***** and a minor to slight infection from the clipper burn. My vet also did tell me my dog was indeed stressed from the groomers. Unfortunately none of us know what happens behind a groomers close door, but I would have hoped they would care for our dogs the way we do. Please look at other reviews beforehand. A mistake I wish I could have avoided.
