    I preordered a bouquet of red roses for Valentine's *** on January 27th. I picked them up on February 12 but I noticed immediately some things wrong. The stems were dry (indicating they were not in water), the pedals were slightly wrinkled, and some of the leafy arrangement had holes in it from bugs. But, I was in a hurry so I just hoped for the best.I took them home and clipped the leaves (from the foliage not the roses) that had holes, etc. The next day the roses were opening way too fast and losing pedals. About three roses were completely wilting. I was going to just take the loss but I decided to try and ask for a refund since the website has a satisfaction guarantee including an offer a of a full refund.On February 17th, I brought them back and asked for a refund. The owner flat refused me and said there can be no refunds for perishable items. He said maybe after three days but not one week (again this was day 5). I tried to reason with him. I don't like going to big stores for gifts, I like to support small businesses so I went to him instead of a place like Costco.He took apart the bouquet and accused me of not putting them in water (which acknowledges there was something wrong with them). I advised I put them in fresh water every day and I know how to clip flowers. I told him if he spent $75 on something that turned out to be terrible in quality that he would also want a refund. He pulled out the six clearly wilted roses and offered to replace them. I told him I wanted a refund. Again he refused so I advised him I'd be leaving this review and left the dead bouquet there. On the way out he yelled that he would leave a response to my reviews saying I was lying but I told him I already had pictures.I would like a full refund of $75.76.
