              I leased a 2021 Infiniti QX50 from Mossy in Oceanside. I purchased a prepaid maintenance agreement to cover oil changes for the life of the lease/included mileage. The dealership is not honoring the contract I paid for even after multiple attempts to resolve with the dealership.

              I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing a used Rogue from Oceanside Mossy Nissan. The used car manager was less than honest about the trade in value of my Nissan Versa as was the salesman who claimed the squeak in the steering was caused by the electronic motor, Came to find out after purchase that was not true and theres a fix for the squeak. You guessed it, they refused to replace the part. Buyer beware seems the used car sales reputation has not changed!

              We are sorry to hear that you feel this way. When we appraise trade in's we take into consideration multiple aspects. Your vehicle comes with a warranty from Nissan directly so if something was denied, it was due to Nissan's warranty restrictions.
