              I called the company to get an inspection because my unit was not keeping up. The technician told me it was my air filter and some dirty coils inside and out. After having those cleaned it still was not able to maintain. I called back after 3 weeks (because I was on vacation for 2) to find my house at 77 degrees when set to 72. After calling back I was told I would have to pay an additional service charge to send someone out to find the issue they never found in the first place. I was told that I was sent their lead technician and they called my AC acceptable after barely checking it out. I would not recommend this company as I was told to go elsewhere when their lead technician cut corners.
