            My wife and I decided to replace our 20 year old spa. We read extensively and after doing so decided we wanted to include bullfrog spas in our search process. We visited other spa companies prior to visiting the Hot Tub place. We made the long trip to see for ourselves and it was worth it. We met **** who explained the details of why bullfrog is rated above other spas. No pressure and super informative like explaining how bullfrog offers various jet options. It was an easy decision to make and we ordered our spa. When delivery day came, **** and HS assistant came, removed our old spa and set up our new bullfrog. **** had us fill it, then test ran the spa, then reviewed the programming and set the initial setting for us. He has returned our calls when we had follow up questions. We couldnt be happier with the excellent quality of our bullfrog and Genes help through the process and afterwards. We feel it is much superior to our older spa and worth the upgrade. We would highly recommend visiting The *************** prior to any hot tub purchase.Thanks so so much *****
