Owner is horrible and doesnt stand behind work . Does faulty work and then claims that can happen . So happy to barley make it past warranty period when that is a horrible product .I would not recommend him . He said hes been in business for all these years and stands behind his work until you call him out on it . Hope no one has to have this guy be apart of their lives .

Good Day. Happy to reply to this untrue Review. As the BBB knows, I have supported an A+ Rating for nearly 23 Years of very hard work. We've provided *********************** Services to the Greater El Dorado Counties and have endless Five Star Reviews!!! Unfortunately this Client fills entitled to assume he is the 'exception' to the rule with regards to our Warranty Standards that have been in place for 23 Years for All. Of. Our. Clients. He even went as far as to put us on 'blast' in our community portal. In that blast, he fabricates many other false statements that were previously addressed and resolved. But again, feeling entitled, he goes on to mention that we are a 'crappy' company and that I am a coward and man of low integrity, and, wishing me ill will and that karma will come my way!!! Unreal. Anyhow, with regards to this particular review that he mentions, he doesn't even go on to mention 'What' it is he is complaining about, lol. He is just irritated because the 'Warranty' on our work expired that he feels entitled to complain about. The particular application that he is referring to was to complete a 'Stain and Sealer' application to an existing Outdoor Kitchen. He asked, could you touch-up and add more Stain and Sealer to the surface of the Kitchen. I replied, not a problem. This particular application consists of light sanding to remove the 'existing' residue of Sealer and then re applying new Stain and Sealer to the area's. At the price point we forwarded, along with very clear remarks on 'exactly' what we would be doing, he agreed to the cost and we moved forward. Also, on our very detailed and fully Itemized Proposal, directly below the Application states in 'red' our Warranty with regards to any Stain and Sealer applications!!! Stains as you know are a pigmented product that all have a shelf life. Just like when a woman dies her hair, it's a matter of time before the product fades and she is back to her normal color. The same goes with any Pigmented Product, it's never a question of 'if' it will fail, it's a matter of 'when' it will fail. This particular application done semi-correctly involves stripping, bead-blasting and sand-blasting all the Stains and Sealers down to the 'original' substrate, porous concrete. Following you have to acid wash the concrete and then re apply new Stains and Sealers. This was not what he asked for, this was not the Price Point he paid nor was it in writing that we would be providing any of those above described services!!! Additionally, the Client has assumed that we specifically added our 'Warranty' disclosure just. for. him. And, that we should stand behind our work and offer to re Stain and Seal his Outdoor Kitchen!!!! If this were the case, we'd be returning once a year to do this, not only for him, but for all our clients of 23 Years!!!!! A horrible Owner I am not, sorry. I work way too hard to be attacked by a bully and self entitled client that feels hes the exception!! It's sad when you work this hard building your business and being sure everyone is taken care of only to have just that ONE client that has an angle to set you up!! In addition, the Client certainly doesn't mention anything about us extending our Contractor's Discount towards his Plant Materials, or the fact we imported more Deco Rock to be sure his Backyard looked nice, or that we imported more Deco Bark to be sure his Front Yard looked nice, or that we fixed a broken pipe the Client was aware of under his Driveway that took a Team 4 hours to repair, or the fact we gave him an opportunity to select from a discount towards Concrete Work or replacing it at no charge!! He mentions none of that!!!!!! I rest my head at night knowing what we provide, and I'm totally good with that and so are thousands of Happy Clients!!
