God is good and miracles do happen. I get in my car to take the ******** to his dad's house. The garage door won't open. Not only does it not open but even with the emergency pull I can't lift the door like last time. Last three times he replaced the motor twice and a new door. Granted we've lived here around 14yrs and I'm in and out of the garage at least more than 3xs a day. I really didn't think it was the motor again. I go inside and follow the code force door too many opens and gives me a code. Meanwhile I tell the ******** to call his dad to pickup. His dad gets here within 10 mins as he leaves I call my trusty garage door ************* from Speedy G's and as usual he does not disappoint to the rescue!I had left a voicemail and while I was texting him pictures of what I now saw a broken spring. I was starting to stress because I couldn't get the car out and tomorrow being my kids almost last to last meet. I did not want to miss it. At this point I'm texting the information and *** the owner calls me right back. He was just around the corner literally in the neighborhood finishing another job. Granted it's like 6:30pm now so I really didn't expect him to answer or even show up this evening. He arrives like in 5 mins. and gets to work with his helper. It was even tough and heavy for them to open the garage since it's an insulated door. They lift it together and right away I get my car out. Now I'm thinking I don't care if it gets fixed right away, my car is out. ??He sees it's the spring and gets right to work. I don't even ask how much because he's been here three other times and I know he's fair. My husband was just driving back from ***** and almost home in ******** by now. By the time he got home at 7:30 they were already done and gone by 7:10pm! They are the best in town. ??
