    On July 7, we went to Red Hawk Casino ***********. We had reservations for 8 at 5:30. Due to unforeseen circumstances 2 people in our party showed up late. When our first late guest showed up we were told that everyone had a time limit. When we had about 45 minutes left one of the floor staff and the manager came to our table several times informing us that us our time was almost up. This made it hard for us to enjoy our meal. We had come here before and not been harassed like this. Our final guest showed up and she was able to eat one plate before the manager made us leave. She was charged $69.62. Why was she charged $69.62 and the rest of us were charged the listed price of $59.00. It also appeared that there were other customers seated at other like tables who were there in the restaurant before we were. Why were we the only ones being harassed and told to leave. This was supposed to be a birthday celebration but you guys ruined it.

    My Husband and I went to Red Hawk Saturday, Feb. 34rd. I stopped at a machine as **** went to order a cocktail. I noticed after 10 minutes he was still waiting so I approached the bar. After another 5 minutes of watching both Bartenders help everyone around ****, I caught the eye of the Bartender and asked where ****'s drink order was. He told me they just announced 'last call' as he walked away serving other customers. At this point, people around us started voicing their opinions of how **** was being ignored and that **** was there prior to them and a few of them were on their second drink orders. As we were about to walk away, the first Bartender provided **** with his drink. My point is I have never seen an establishment treat a customer as Red Hawks' staff mis-treated ****. **** is also handicapped as he is a stroke survivor. But I don't see that being an issue in this incidence as the Bartender, after ***** minutes, finally served **** the Strawberry Daquiri that he requested.
