    On 01-17-2017 I went to Extreme Auto Care to get new rotors and brake pads which I paid about $350.00 for. Also, the brake pads that I purchased came with a lifetime warranty and a 2-year warranty on the rotors. I do recall on that day I noticed that lifetime warranty was not listed anywhere on my receipt therefore the person assisting me wrote on the receipt "lifetime warranty to ease my concern and at that time I did not find anything wrong with it. However, here we are 5 years later, and my breaks are at 3% and needs to be changed and that's when I contacted extreme auto to make an appointment to have my brake pads replaced. I do not recall who I spoke with, but I do know that I advised the person I was speaking with that I had my breaks done a few years ago and that I had a lifetime warranty on the brake pads and if they can look my information up to honor my warranty because I wasnt sure if I still had the receipt. I was told that they can look my information ** in their system, but it would be better if I had a receipt and to come down so that they further assist me. Being that I keep up with all my receipts I was able to find my receipt from Extreme Auto Care which was not very legible because it was sitting for over 5 years. I went to Extreme Auto Care and presented them with the receipt and was immediately told that I forged the receipt with receipt "lifetime warranty because they do not write on receipts. I responded and said wait a minute I did not write anything on this receipt! but you did say that you can look up information if I didn't have my receipt can you just look it up that way? I was told no and that they can no longer look up my information to confirm my purchase and then I was told that they don't even see my vehicle information on the receipt so they could not assist me, but the information was clearly there but of course not very legible.

    I came to have my car serviced the company never called me to say my car was ready when I went to check on car they're supposed to open at 9am they weren't there my window was left down in the storm destroying my leather interior speaker system and water damage throughout my entire car when I asked to them to pay for my detailing at least he said no ill dry it with a towel the actual mechanic who touched my car wasn't present yet I waited another 40mim for him he said I was aggressive kept walking away I was literally crying mot yelling or cussing he kept walking away not trying to here me at all. They tried to get me to leave and told me I didn't have to pay but didn't want to give me a receipt if I wanted a receipt I had to pay for services which is what I did I wanted the receipt as proof of me being there. The level of disrespect and disregard for someone else's property that got damaged in their care was through the roof. They began speaking in their language and told me there's nothing wrong car windows cam be left down he thought he rolled it up. I asked him does he leave his windows down in a storm and how come all the other windows were rolled up on the property then. My car had a puddle of water in the passenger seat my seat warmer doesn't work I had exposed wires a puddle in the floor board. I'm truly hurt by their behavior and for the life of me can't understand why anyone would think so low of another person's feelings or property to just say oh well. I've been a loyal customer to them for years and have spent a lot of money for my vehicle to be in tip top shape and truly feel this is a miscarriage of justice and I shouldn't have to bear the brunt of additional costs this has run me.
