June 5th, 2024 I took my car to MercedesBenz of El Dorado Hills to replace the passengers front seat. June 7th, 2024 picked up car. The center console of the car had cuts/creases and drivers door had a ding/dent. June 8, 2024 went to the dealership spoke to *********************** about center console cuts/dings on my door. *********************** and I went over video that was recorded prior to service and coincided that the damages were done upon service. Sent pictures of the damages via text to *************************. Following this visit, I called **************, who is usually the employee who assists me with scheduling services for my car; however, he would not return my calls. Finally, I called the dealership directly to set up a service appointment. On July 8, 2024, I took my car to the dealership for the center console and door to be repaired. Upon the returned of my car the center console had been painted with some product that resembles leather but had a different tone not matching the original coat. My original coat is not black, but more of a dark gray color. In addition, the vent where the ** comes out in the center console had been broken or snapped out of place. Furthermore, ************** stated that the door had not been repaired due to the white paint being out of stock and that he would give me a call within a week or so to schedule the repair. Before leaving the dealership, I tried getting ************** attention to make him aware of the new damage, but he was engaged, on another call. A text about the damage was sent to him right away. Since July 8, 2024, I have been waiting for ************** call. I have also called ************** numerous times, left messages, texted him and he has failed to return any of my calls or make any attempt to communicate with me. August 9, 2024, emailed *****************************, General Manager and ccd *********************** ***************** Manager and ******************* Service Manager of Mercedes-Benz of El Dorado Hills demanding repairs and they have not responded to my email.
