On Monday, September 11, 2023, our wall oven was delivered. When the installer came in to install the oven they told me that the oven would not fit the wall because it is too wide for it to fit. After looking closer at the width of the wall and oven they said it would take about 2 or 3 inches of cutting cabinets in order for the oven to fit in the wall (I was at the doctor's ****** when they arrived and this was done via communication between my wife and myself, along with the installers and their 3rd party person which was interpreting all of this, this person is on the phone). I told them that if it was not going to fit, I would like to exchange the oven with one that would fit better, however, they said we would make it fit and they started to cut cabinets to make the wide oven fit right in the place of the old oven, when I arrived I notice that the person cutting the cabinets was using the wrong tools for cutting and he was having problem with the saw that he was cutting with and it kept turning off and not cutting the wood/cabinet right, even though he would assure me that it would be cut right. After cutting the cabinets, along with damaging our pantry door, the person kept cutting more and damaging the cabinets more. 2.5 hours later (it should have been 30 minutes of cutting) the installer said I would like to try and put the oven in the wall (not doing any more measuring to see if the width is right or not), with his partner they put the oven in and found out that the electrical outlet was out to far and the oven did not fit it right and the suggested that I should get an electrician to install another box that would go over the oven. So, I contacted the electrician to come in and redo the electrical box over the oven. Meantime the installers did not want to wait for an electrician to complete the work so they could install the oven, so they decided to leave without finishing the work and damaging our cabinets. Plus I was charged for installation $275
