They tell me no I don't need a new engine I need a oil control valve because mine was broke in half how I have no ********** my car was not to be driven the mechanic drove my car with a broke part and my engine seized. So NOW I need a new engine got denied of course get it towed back to my house..the guy broke my middle console everything in my middle console is thrown in the car in the passenger seat My son's journal was ripped key missing and somehow my battery is dead it was a 1 year old battery so now I can't even get into my trunk or lock my car. My car left there in worse shape then it was in this is unacceptable. How dare you return my car to me like that My personal belongings thrown everywhere and broke my middle console and with a dead battery also blots missing off the engine spark plugs everywhere no tell what else..I would never go here again or buy a Hyundai and I will be contacting a lawyer I believe their mechanic got mad because he "broke" 3 of his tools as stated on my paper work and he seized my engine driving it with a broken in half oil control valve then returns it to me like this that's disgustingReview from Barbara T

THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE, not a money issue we know dealership prices are ridiculous, I just wanted professional service and to be safe because I drive my car a lot everyday. On 1/17/24, I took my car in for service to address 5 things. 3 safety recall issues (Anti-theft ignition cylinder protector and decal installation, Anti-lock Brake System (ABS ) Module and Underbody ******************************* a possible wheel bearing issue due to a thumping sound and a vibration when I drove and asked them to look into why my oil light stopped coming on to indicate low oil. They addressed the 3 safety recall issues at no charge as expected. They also said my brake pads were low and needed to be replaced and I did in fact had a wheel bearing issue and a few light bulbs were out. It was going to cost about $1K. Then they said a part broke while they were tearing it down to address the wheel bearing issue and they had to get a part from ********** and it would take another 3-4 hrs and it would be another $1K to fix. I said ok fix it I'll wait. THEN they said my hub assembly, ********************* seized up during that tear down and they might damage my transmission and said I should just drive my car and when I get another oil change, have that shop look at the wheel bearing issue. I asked them if this was safe to drive and they said yes. I took my car back the next day because the sound and vibration was way worse. My car sounds like a big rig or airplane. I spoke with the service manager who refused to even look at my car but admitted he wouldn't have let his wife or daughter drive away with the car in the condition they sent me home in because the wheel could come off. He also admitted it was his MASTER TECH that worked on my car. They need to be investigated for safety violations. If they let me drive off knowing they made the issue worse and wheel could fall off, how many other customers have they put in ***** way? They will NEVER touch my car again.Review from Kirsten N

Ive been a customer of the former ******************** now ********************** for the past 10 years. Yesterday, I purchased my second new car from them. I have to say I have mixed feelings about my experience. For starters, **** is awesome. Hes patient considerate and attentive. My issue is with the financial and sales department. Overall, it felt as though nobody actually knew what to do or say to complete the deal efficiently. They were too focused on the free pizza. There was some miscommunication leading to our discussion over the purchase agreement. ****, the financial manager couldve been a little more couth, less nonchalant and passive aggressive. I came in knowing what I wanted there was no pushback with that until I Had my interaction with **** trying to sell me an Elantra. I was offended specifically by him trying to change my mind within five minutes of meeting me just to finish his tasks. Now the reason im even here my 2013 Hyundai Sonata it was stolen last year and the engine was locked. I have experienced a lot of issues with my insurance since then , ***** was sweet enough to give me a moment to contact my insurance to tie loose ends, which took longer than expected. Within the hour of me having that discussion over the phone, **** barged in my space numerous times to mumble You still here? You still working out this deal you aint finished yet? I just felt bullied. I already feel uneasy buying a car as a women. Overall, im happy with my ***************************************************************** polished.Review from Paul E.

Just a Warning about the *********** auto dealer...We had our car in their shop for a repair, it took then 3 visits to diagnose. (a bad oil pressure switch, that we kept suggesting it was). While in their lot awaiting parts, someone ran into our car. The dealer says they're not responsible for damage to a car in their lot. In my opinion, while they have custody of a car for repairs at their facility, they are responsible. We've gone to this dealer for our past 3 cars and all maintenance for the past 10 years. We have always recommended them to others... Our opinion is that this dealership has had some type of change in management and want to warn everyone to beware: don't leave your car there for repair, and don't be surprised if they don't diagnose your car the first couple of tries... Our insurance is covering the damage to our car, but we have a deductible we have to pay. The dealer did provide a loaner car for our use while they had the car. So it's not all bad. Just hard to believe the change we've seen. We will be going elsewhere for repairs and maintenance for both our cars.Review from Bob

very poor customer service, and business practices. i signed an agreement that stated the total amount of purchase and when all the documents were finalized the total price was increased. when I asked them to correct the paper work they stated that it was Virginia tax that cannot be changed which i found out was a complete lie. The document i signed had the incorrect tax amount and they did not want to own up to their mistake. I completed the purchase of a new vehicle and they could not locate both keys to my new vehicle and it took several days before they were able to give me the keys to my new vehicle. I called to speak with a manager and they hung up the phone on me several times after I called back. no one would tell me if there was a manager on duty on not. they just left me on hold for 27 min before a manager finally came on to deal with the issue. This is my first and last purchase from this business. I recommend no one takes their business to this place because they are very un professional and cannot handle simple issues and their paperwork is not completely trustworthy enough to spend your money with them.
