    Very disappointed by our “service”. We have had water backing up into our home and had a plumber come snake- they felt that there was a deeper issue and recommended finding a plumber with a camera. We were told we were #3 for the day on the “priority list”. Guy shows up at 3pm. After a $***** charge (where nothing was fixed), I was told the sewer line was corroding and they would do it for about $*****. I felt that he assumed that because I was a woman I didn’t know anything and would just agree to it. I had home take the camera back out to show me, and then mark the location of the pipe in the yard- he walked to the opposite side of the home and marked it. When I called him out on it, he said that it “doesn’t really matter, we just need to mark somewhere in the yard.” He kept assuring me that I was getting such a great deal due to being a teacher ?? I asked for a full write up of the findings, and this seemed like an inconvenience to him. Nothing was fixed/resolved

    I am not a homeowner. I do not have an HVAC. Somehow, though, I ended up on Appleton Campbell's **** mailing list.I have contacted them *7* times to ask them to remove me from their mailing list. Each time, they assure me they will remove or have removed me from their list.And still, I go to my mailbox and find mail from them. I am writing this because I just got off the phone with them and told them I was reporting them to the BBB. Their mail represents harassment and I have had enough.
