I bought a 2012 ***** Sonic from there. First the engine died due to a improper installation of a remote starter. Then the transmission went out. After they had my car for a month they bought a second hand transmission from a junkyard. The front end was out alignment. The shop had do another repair job that Basic said and I quote it wasn't their responsibility. After oil changes a few it still acting bad. They're the worst dealership I've ever had to deal with ever.Review from Anthony F

I was sold a vehicle on 9/3/22 an Infiniti QX60 since the purchase date, I've had to take the vehicle back in forth to the shop for repairs. My driver's side headlight went out over a week ago, I was told the assembly need to be replaced and would cost me $2207.00 parts and labor. I have not had this vehicle 2 months. ******* the service manager lied to me over and over again and ****** the sales manager gave me his a** to kiss, did not try to help me out at all. This is bad business, you don't do people like that. I am a returning customer, I purchased my last car from there and had no problems. This by far has been the worst experience ever. ****** was unprofessional, showed no compassion, or impathy, just totally didn't give a s*** I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from them again. I now hate that I gave them my business and is exploring options on how to return the vehicle back. Thanks ******* and ****** for nothing, I no longer want anything to do with Basic Auto and wish they would go out of business for the way they treat people.
