1. On July 6, 2024, I had an appointment scheduled for Service. I made reference to a work schedule that I needed to be met on that same day. I arrived earlier than my appointment and reiterated my work schedule needing to be met. 2. On onset of the appointment the Service representative, ************************* said, I could not apply a $10 savings towards my bill because, my vehicle would use a different graded oil. Therefore, it wouldnt apply. The savings was presented before appointment and the oil used for my vehicle was exactly the same grade (0W-20 weight oil) noted from being usedaccording to my Bill of sale paperwork. 3. In addition, I was up charged $45. Honda scammed me for (suspected unnecessary work). Stating a so-called nail was found in the front right tire. There were no low tire pressures. All were reported having the same amount of MMS in each tire according to my paperwork. And, my dashboard did not indicate any issues. (All the tires are brand new on my vehicletires replaced less than six months prior to this appointment).4. In essence, my thoughts, I was charged and taken advantage of for an additional $55 above the bill of sale: a) Technician reports stating a nail, that probably was never there, found in my tire. And,b) *********** representative refusing to utilize a savings provided by Honda towards my bill for the oil change and the oil used was the very same graded oil. I tried contacting the Honda service manager - ***** (The receptionist transferred me to an answering service). In short, I still ended up being late for work even though I had an appointment and all. Further, in the interval, I asked about the time completion of my vehicle. I realized I was made to wait longer. Especially, when I saw that my car was already parked out front for pickup. Because of Honda service department.
