I would never again try to seek help from this provider for my son who has autism and cognitive issue that cause him to have bowel issues and he needs diapers which his providers approve however this company keeps giving his pediatrician a hard time so that it wont get approve so the supplies wont be delivered I am a single mother and its sad when companies like this give women like us hard time when we do all we can for our babies I dont recommend this company to anyone they are clearly fraudulent and my provider has approve of the supplies and yet they keep making things hard on me and my son diapers are expensive and I have no income to supply those means and they refuse to send supplies and its really sad never again will I do business with them they have lost all respect and trust from me!

They are shipping out FreeStyle Lebre2 to consumers. This product is so inaccurate with blood glucose readings that it puts consumers at risk for a medical emergency.

I don't know why they deserve the A+ rating they they are giving out D- rating customer service. I am getting of them pending my orders, trying to make me wait even more over paper work problems, letter of medical necessities, and prior authorizations, and all of that non sense towards me when I have have to be the one having to wait for them to process and ship my order on time. Not to mention the carrier they picked is worst too. It's making me cringe, and making me very upset, and the customer service likes to give bad news to me about how unfortunite they are not able to ship my entire order because they have to process more and more paper work, I mean more paper work than supplies being sent now this new year.

Home Care Delivered --more like Home Care Denied. I'd give this company a ZERO rating, I am now on my 7th call with this place to sort out the order that was placed over 3 weeks ago. When they should have been contacting my healthcare provider for info, they would call me instead. Nobody seems to know what is going on. Absolute GARBAGE customer service. Asking my provider to order from another company, this place is USELESS

I had to change suppliers due to insurance. I contacted HCD mid December 2021 and gave a detailed list of Ostomy supplies ordered by my dr. They told me they needed dr auth first then insurance. After not hearing from them for a week I called. They had not contacted my dr yet. I told them the urgency of needing my Ostomy supplies (not something you can go without) The rep said they would take care of it and get back to me. After another week same thing. I had to contact them several times. They finally got dr approval and I have been waiting 3 weeks for them to contact my insurance. I called this morning 1-31-2022 and the rep said status of my order is “pending” and she couldn’t tell if they had sent to my insurance or not. I asked to speak to a supervisor and just like the prior 3 times I asked … a supervisor was not available. 3 hours later a supervisor called me said they had sent to my insurance this morning (after I called and complained). The supervisor made zero effort to make the situation right. I cancelled my order. Do not use this company. Their customer service and competency is a joke.

Home care delivery did not send out my order when they were supposed to they told me it was shipped on the 10th which it wasn’t they told me it was shipped on the 17th which it wasn’t after calling twice I was told it was on back order after ordering monthly for years no one reached out to let me know my order was not available that it was on back order I have a nine year old handicapped daughter that I just can’t go buy her supplies in the store for her size and her condition after calling them their resolution is saying yes somebody should’ve reached out to you to let you know your order is on back order and not given you 2 dates that we already shipped your order out so now home care says I’ll send you a sample out in a week let us know if the sample works meantime we’re sorry we dropped the ball and your daughter is going to be out of supplies for a couple weeks so still nothing has been resolved yet to receive my daughters order even though I can call right now and they will give me 2 dates it’s was shipped out which it has not been they expect me to wait around for weeks for samples to be mailed out meantime my daughter is completely out of her supplies and I’m supposed to wait around while home care delivery figures out how to do their job

Impressive turn around time and delivery. I've spent a fortune over the years on my son's pullups because I didn't know he could get them through his insurance. Such a blessing to have that money to do something else with. Thank you so much. I hope repeat orders are just as easy.

Great service. Was able to get supplies quickly. All the work was done by Home Care Delivered. Multiple people I referred and was very easy to do. I was followed up for each person by my rep and he was very friendly and answered all my needs for everyone.

Prompt, efficient, reassuring service. Very attentive representatives. Answered all my questions. Made sure my insurance covered all my supplies. Packages arrive quickly and discretely.
