      Dear Sir,I would like to file a complaint against H3537303736**333633H at 150 H3130****343334383832H ******************* #1 in H3130****343334383832H *******, ************. My husband and I recently rented a condo from them for one week. We had a child with is who will turn 2 on November 1st. His parents were also with us.The condo was located at **********************************************************************************************************. We were shocked when we arrived at he condition of the carpet. I have attached pictures to show you. When my grandson walked across the floor, his feet were black.We arrived after regular business hours so I called the next morning and spoke to a woman named "Nicole". I expressed our dissatisfaction with the condition of the condo (the carpet). I was told that there had been a very large H353430**3034303737H of customers requesting condos. She did not offer anything but "I&#**;m sorry" repeatedly. I offered to send her pictures of the carpet, but she said it was unnecessary because she knows what it looks like. She previously hired a carpet cleaner who would be there on the 10th. She stated that the dirty carpet was only going into the kitchen, wasn&#**;t it? I told her that is throughout the condo. She again said "I&#**;m sorry".She did not offer giving our money back so we could find another place. She did not offer a partial refund. She just keeps saying "I&#**;m sorry". I told her that if we had been told the condo (carpet) looked the way it did we would not have rented it. We would like a partial refund. When our business was over, we left a day early because we could not stand it.Thank you for your assistance in this matter.*** and *********************

      My boyfriend and I recently booked travel for the two of us, along with my one year old daughter. We booked travel back in June when things with COVID were looking better and things were opening up. Now, with the delta variant and new restrictions being put in place, we have decided that it would be safer to wait. My boyfriend has a valid medical exemption that prevents him from getting the vaccine, and of course our infant daughter is unvaccinated. We cancelled our reservation 15 days prior to travel. I will say, the cancellation policy states that they take 50% if you cancel within ***** days, which I did not pay attention to in advance because I knew we wouldn't need to cancel. That is on me. We have paid $317.00 to this company. They have decided to keep the entire amount, and have declined our offer to submit paperwork. We have even asked that they decrease the cancellation fee, as we understand that cancelling comes with penalty. When we called to speak with a representative, we felt she was very condescending, making comments such as "I do not have a 1 year old, I can't comment on your concerns." I take responsibility for not reading the cancellation policies and not seeing any issues with travel. As the world changes, so did our plans. We cancelled about 5 other reservations and each other company granted a full refund or took a small cancellation fee and never once asked for paperwork. We were not even given the opportunity to provide our very valid documentation to this company. Highly disappointed.
