AC wasn't working, charged me for diagnosis (******) and told me that the clutch needs to be rebuilt (*******) or compressor, expansion valve, and drier should be replaced to get warranty work (*******). I asked what is his recommendation, he replied, "the first one". I had to put a ****** deposit for the job and the next day the quote increased another ****** for additional coil for clutch that he was unaware that it needed. After installation, he called me and said "we gambled and we lost" You now owe me ******* and we need to start over and the other option will cost you *******. ********** asked "what can I do. I need my AC repaired?", "Sell The car!" he quickly replied. We had heated discussions and ultimately agreed to split the loss and perform the other option of the job. He stated it would be one week later. I left my car there. On the due date of completion, he calls and says that his mechanic walked out and he cannot perform the repair. Come get your car and I will return your ****** but not your diagnosis fee. Two and a half weeks passed, mid summer, and still no AC. Fortunately, I only lost ****** for a missed diagnosis. Poor diagnosis, poor repair service, and poor customer **********************. no recommendations from me!
