Contacted business for a bid on painting, they said they'd do the whole scope of work for $5k. It turns out, The sales rep did not add A-line item, and gave us the wrong price. We found this out only after they had started. They then refused to do another line item, because they forgot to test if the paint would actually work on the Baseboards and doors. My main complaint is that they actually did not fill in or patch any of the holes as outlined that they would do. In addition, they got paint all over our furniture and our carpet up to the point that we did have to replace the carpet. What should have been a week project turned into a month of back-and-forth as they tried to charge us nearly $10000 for work that they did not do and continuedto not patch holes, or painted over things that weren't supposed to be painted. They did not even apply the 2 Coats of paint that they were supposed to do. The kicker was perhaps, when the crew attempted to make me sign a form stating that they had done a thorough walk through at the house when they did not. I'm very upset as they told us they'd be able to frame a door to make it more accessible for my wheelchair to empty the room. However, it was only after they ripped out a door frame, originally telling us that they would be able to replace it, that they informed us they were not actually able to do that kind work and left us with exposed sheet rock. Now, I am left with peeling paint, unpatched holes, and sheet rock damage.
