I went to get help from salvation army to help with the rent I was #***.00 behind so when they submitted paperwork she sent I owed for *** and Feb well it's Feb 8th how can I be behind it hasn't been a month now she filing paperwork it's only been 8 days . I emailed her and spoke to her letting her know what was going on and that I had assistance coming .if she would of said yes she owes or sent over she owes *** back rent ECT she would of got what she needed or mentioned If it helps her out I can accept xyz and I can work with her about the rest . salvation army was willing to help with ****** until she said I owed $1355.63 . Which is ****** ***** 5 .00 for trash Jan and she charging me for court cost which she dropped because I gave her ****. So she added Feb rent not even a month but being it's after the 5th I guess it's considered late ?? but knowing her she gonna go to court probably Mon not even 10 days yet before she files. Who h should be the 15th to file . ****** late fee ***** and **** for trash They only help with ****** she screwed me and her self she could of had money towards my balance it's not like I'm not trying to pay her like some tenants . These apt aren't worth this much but it's cheaper than $1200 for a one bedroom. maintenance ***** . If I would find a place decent and reasonable I move. But I have a eviction on my credit now it's hard to get a place. . I been here for 13 yrs and these new people are ridiculous last manager she would work with you to a certain point and she would of took the help if it would of helped her and me . Helped her get her money and me to spread word that even tho maintenance ***** the office will work with you. Smh. Havelock needs better choices of housing
