              Neighbor above my condo had water heater replaced. Due to incompetent installation,a leak soaked her utility room and after several days leaked down to mine. Pipetechs after first vowing to remedy only hired **** ***** Restoration to dry my unit. After several days of drying, **** ***** techs said humidity levels were down and they stopped drying. They also said that due to mold and mildew growing on the walls, the drywall needed to be replaced. After several calls to 3 different Pipetechs employees, Jacob, Steve, and April, they have refused responsibility for this issue that their installer created. This a total abrogation of their responsibility and disregard for the health issues this mold, mildew creates.

              GREAT service technicians!! We had a large leak in our water line, between our house and the city water meter. Pipe Tech sent out **** and **** to access the damaged area, and they wound up having to replace the entire water line. It turned out to be more of an effort than it needed to be, as two of the services that were supposed to come out and mark where their lines were didn't show up. So Pipe Tech was not able to use their trenching machine to get down to the water line pipe. Because they didn't show up, **** and **** couldn't use their machine, and had to dig all of the area with shovels, BY HAND!! They stayed until 11pm, and said they weren't leaving until we at least had water established back in our home!! They came back the next days to fill in over the new water line, and to put our yard back together. They put he dirt back, planted new grass seed, and covered the planted area with straw. Such an OUTSTANDING service crew!! I can HIGHLY recommend Pipe Tech for all your plumbing needs!! ****** *. in North Carolina
