We purchased our home in August 2021, The week of the move the sod and grass seeding had just been placed and then heavy rain storms came. It washed away the majority of the seeding so nothing really grows except for around the concrete pad of our back yard. Fast forward to April 2022 we see an area beside the concrete pad that does not drain or dry fully after any amount rain we receive. I reached out to Focus to see how we could get the area taken care of. I was directed to the superintendent *****. He came to inspect the area and was told "He would see what they can do". on 4/18 I made a follow up inquiry and was told by ***** "We will try and get a half load dropped in there, every time we tentatively schedule it rain comes. This tells me the issue was going to be resolved. on 4/25 I sent another follow up and told they were coordinating with a another job and that I would need to make sure the grass was cut. I confirmed and has the grass cut down within 24 hours. on 4/26 I notified them the grass was cut and then told they could not promise when it would be done and that they wanted to get it right but since the town of **** ****** passed it, they would do it if they can. on 5/3 I sent another follow up and was told "No, you may need to get it done from someone else if you need it done soon. We are done with your house quite a while ago and I was trying to get it done as a courtesy but not sure if and when that may happen. I sent an email to ***** ******** with Focus Builders on 5/2 attempting to get the situation resolved. My realtor also sent an email two weeks prior to get a resolution and we have not had any response reply for him or the company. Based on the warranty information we were provided we feel this is a legitimate we request we are trying to accomplish and its disappointing that we are not even getting a response from anyone now.
