            I called for a competitive estimate but didn't mention that we already had two others. The owner came out the next day and walked around the house with me as I shared what we wanted done. He was out the following Monday (less than a week later) to do the work. It took a bit longer than expected because of supple chain issues, but the work was done to our complete satisfaction. They won the business because of a neighbor's recommendation, their price and schedule. Did I mention the day and a half they were here the heat index was well over 100 degrees? Excellent work and company.
