            I purchased a couch and a recliner set from Bostic Sugg Furniture. The reclining mechanism on one of the chairs messed up and they came and picked it up to be repaired in January of 2023. They brought it back in March the other side of the duo was messed up so they took it back and said it would be a week or 10 days. There has been every kind of issue--waiting on a part, waiting on repair, waiting on someone to call back, etc. They have had our piece of furniture for almost 4 months. I call and leave messages and no one returns my calls. I've been promised that I would be called back and that it would be delivered this week time and time again. There is absolutely no reason why it should have taken this long to be repaired and why no one has contacted me or followed up.

            I tried to buy several items from Bostic Sugg. They have pitiful customer service and will ignore you if you try to get the answers to questions. They kept my recliner in the store a week and refused to bring it to my house. The sales lady who sold it to me would not call me back after she got my money. When they got to my house the delivery man refused to set my old chair just outside the door in the carport. I called two to three times trying to talk to someone about the problem I have with my recliner not working correctly. They promised to let the repair service department call me back shortly. It has been a week now and nobody has attempted to call me and discuss the issue. I would not buy anything from them again. Simply horrible furniture store.

            Customer bought a chair on wednesday in April. We only were delivering 3 days a week and were not moving used furniture during that time, which he was aware of. The chair was delivered the next Monday, which was the next day we were delivering. We delivered it for free, waiving the 69.95 charge! Customer could not tell us who he spoke with about a problem. There were not any comments on his account, which we post whenever a customer calls with an issue. Once this was posted to our ********, the first time we were aware of this, we called him that day which was this past Friday. Our service man set up a time to go to his house tomorrow to repair his chair.
