            December 30,2020I took my 2007 *** x3 suv for an oil change,and to detect why I, was smelling oil.I took a gallon of mobile oil and an oil filter with me that was in the passenger seat on the floor.when i got the vechicle back the oil and filter was still in the car and **** ,pulled the codes which told him of other things that may be possibly wrong but the oil was never changed and the oil smell was said to be a leaking oil cap,that, ****, claimed they replace,charging me 100.00 dollars.When I, called **** back when I got home about the smell he told me to buy a degreaser and spray around the hoses under hood where the oil had leaked out on.I also told him i was missing screws that held the cover on top of the engine.I admitted they had fell and he would replace them when I, bring the suv back for service.Well by now he could have mailed me the screws. I have no trust for his work or whatever sloppy mechanics work for hi. The service is lousy,and sloppy and incomplete..
